First, we’ll start with the seasoning. Add one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of black pepper to a bowl. Next, add one tablespoon of crushed garlic and one tablespoon of crushed ginger to the bowl. In the bottom of a pan, add two tablespoons of oil. We need to add two tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Then, add the pork chops and sear them for about three minutes. Next, turn the heat to medium. We’ll allow them to cook for another 15 minutes. Next, we’ll remove the pork chops from the pan. We will then turn the heat to low. We’ll add two tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan. Next, we’ll flip the chops. Add two tablespoons of rice wine vinegar. We will allow the chops to cook for another 15 minutes. Next, we’ll remove the pork chops. We will then season them with another two tablespoons of salt and two tablespoons of black pepper.
