8. 3 cups of water
How To:
1. Clean the entire pork with hot, soapy water, then pat dry.
2. Cut the pork into 1 to 1 1/2 pound slices
3. Combine the pork, sauerkraut, and rice in the crockpot
4. Add sea salt to the sauerkraut
5. Add molasses to the sauerkraut
6. Add bay leaf and sea salt to the sauerkraut and rice
7. Pour 3 cups of water into the crockpot
8. Cover the crockpot and turn the heat on
9. Cook the pork for 6 hours, then take out the pork
10. Take out the bay leaf
11. Add 1/4 cup of molasses to the sauerkraut and rice mixture
12. Add 3 cups of water to the sauerkraut and rice mixture
13. Cook the sauerkraut and rice mixture for an additional 3 hours
14. Sometime during the third hour of sauerkraut and rice mixture cooking, cook
