Salmon is also a good source of B vitamins. These B vitamins are important for energy, including maintaining a healthy immune system. Plus, salmon is loaded with calcium. Calcium is an important mineral for strong bones and strong teeth. It’s also good for maintaining a healthy nervous system.

There are many ways that you can prepare salmon, but the best way to eat salmon is to steam or boil it. For those who love spicy foods, sautéing salmon with lime juice, fresh ginger, cilantro and garlic is an excellent way to prepare salmon. For those who like the flakiness of fish, marinating salmon with teriyaki sauce is another great way to prepare it. And for those who prefer their fish on the rare side, salmon is great cooked in a grill.
