When it comes to eating, salmon is a healthy, delicious, and surprisingly versatile option. It is low in fat and high in protein, making it a great choice for those on a diet. However, salmon can sometimes be a bit more difficult to cook. Many people don’t have access to a kitchen that is well-equipped with an oven or even an electric skillet. However, salmon can be cooked using a skillet. All you need is a skillet, some oil, a little salt, and a dash of lemon juice.

When I was a kid, my mom’s best friend would host a large Thanksgiving dinner each year, complete with a potluck style menu. She would always invite the whole neighborhood, so everyone would bring something to share. It wasn’t until later that I realized she was a cook, but she taught me so much about cooking, and I will forever be grateful.

Basic directions
To cook pan fried salmon, you’ll first need to wash and pat dry the salmon with a clean paper towel. Next, remove the bones and skin by twisting the salmon by the tail. You can also remove the scales using a pair of tweezers. Once the salmon is cleaned, chop it into 4 equal pieces. If you would like to make the salmon easier to handle, place it on a piece of plastic wrap and squeeze the salmon tightly, allowing the salmon to expel any air. Next, cover the salmon with another piece of plastic wrap. Now you’re ready to cook the salmon.
