I got a question from a fan “how to cook a pork with a marinade, using garlic chili and sprinkle salt and pepper at the end”. I will share my recipes for the pork in this episode.
Tips
To make this recipe you’ll need: ○ Minced pork
○ 2 teaspoon sea salt
○ 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
○ 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
○ 2 teaspoons cumin
○ 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
○ 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
○ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
○ 1/2 teaspoon salt
○ 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
○ 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
○ 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• If you are vegetarian, omit the meat
• Chop and marinate for 1 hour
• Rinse the pork, then dry and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes
• You can use any type of pork, but I used pork tenderloin
• You can use any sort of seasoning
○ Slow cookers work best for this dish

Choosing a marinade
The first step in cooking this dish is to choose your marinade. A good marinade will allow the pork to be eaten with less cleaning, and it will help to tenderize the meat. You can use a basting brush to brush the marinade on the pork. If you choose a dry marinade, you may want to rinse the meat under running water. Remember to use caution when using a basting brush or other sharp utensils.
Preparation
The first step to cooking pork is to make sure it’s ready to be cooked. This is because pork needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° F to be safe to eat. So, before you can cook pork, you need to check the temperature of the meat. This is done by inserting a cooking thermometer into the thickest part of the pork. To properly cook the pork, you want to let the temperature rise to about 150° F. Next, place the pork in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Cook the pork in the oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
How to make the marinade
Ingredients:
• Pork Shoulder
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 small brown onions
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1/4 cup of brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of chili powder
• 1/4 cup of soy sauce
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tablespoon of crushed red pepper
• 1/2 tablespoon of ground ginger
Preparation:
• Put all ingredients into blender.
• Blend to create a smooth mixture.
• Marinate the pork for at least 4 hours or overnight.
• Before cooking, take the pork out of the marinade and pat it dry with a paper towel.
• Season the pork with salt and black pepper.
• Preheat the oven to 400 F.
• Place the pork in a baking dish.
• Roast the pork for 40 minutes or until it reaches 165 F.

The Process
Like most cuts of meat, a marinated pork loin should be cooked to at least medium-rare. To get started, place your marinated pork loin in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. You can let the pork loin thaw in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
