I’m a total novice when it comes to cooking. I’ve only ever cooked bacon and toast. However, I do have a tendency to get carried away in my kitchen, so this video is a helpful introduction to cooking a nice, tender, juicy London Broil in the oven. I used chicken breasts and a tenderloin as a test run, but this method works for all types of cuts of meat. You’ll find that it’s fast and easy to make, so if you’ve never cooked meat before, this video is the perfect place to start.
London Broil Cook-In-Oven
London broil is a cut of beef that is trimmed of excess fat and is cooked until it reaches a medium rare or medium condition. London broil is a favorite cut of beef for many people for its flavor and tenderness. However, it can be a challenge to cook a good cut of beef because of the amount of fat that can be found on the surface. A number of different methods can be used to cook a London broil, but there is one method that has proven to be the most effective: cooking in an oven. To cook a London broil in an oven, first rinse the cut of beef in cold water to remove excess blood. Slice the beef into approximately 1-inch strips. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste. Place the beef strips on a shallow dish and cover the strips with plastic wrap. Cook the beef for 3 to 4 hours in the oven at a temperature of 225 degrees Fahrenheit. When the beef is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and slice the beef with a sharp knife to serve. Serve the beef with a side of fresh green beans.
