Here’s how you can cook lentils in your instant pot! It’s super simple and it only takes 30 minutes. Prepare your instant pot with the “sauté” setting. Put in a medium sized pot and add two cups of water. Then, add the lentils to the pot and cover. Turn the setting to “high” and let it cook. Let it cook for 20 minutes. Then, turn it down to low and let it cook for another 15 minutes. Then, add salt and pepper and some cayenne pepper. It’s that simple! This is a low-glycemic cooking method.
