Remove sausage from the oven, and let cool. In a mixing bowl, mix breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and hot sauce. Toss until evenly combined. Lightly dip sausage into breadcrumb mixture, and return to the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
