Grilled salmon with arugula, lemon and garlic butter
[Ingredients]:1 salmon fillet (4oz)2 garlic cloves, minced2 lemons4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil1 cup arugula1/4 cup unsalted butter1/2 cup grated parmesanSeason with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Adjust the heat so the water boils at a rolling boil. Add the salmon and cook for about 6 minutes, until cooked to your liking. Scoop the fish out and allow to cool, then remove any skin. For each serving, slice the salmon into thin, even strips. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and brush with the oil. Add the garlic and lemon zest. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F. for 7-10 minutes, until the fish is warmed through. In a small skillet, warm the butter over medium-low heat. Add the lemon juice and whisk until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the lemon garlic butter over the salmon and serve with arugula.

Combine salmon and patties

This method of cooking fish is very effective, and takes no time. Simply make a stack of 4 patties. Then, in between each of the 4 patties, place the skin of the fish you’re cooking. And then grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Note: this does take a bit of time, so you may want to prepare your salmon in advance, if possible.

For this recipe, you will need: ~1 piece of salmon ~1 banana ~1” ginger ~a pineapple, quartered. ~1” of ginger, peeled ~a pineapple, quartered.
