Is it OK to cook frozen fish without thawing?
Cooking, poaching or steam are three of four best ways to cook fish. Don’t skip the freezing process as this will cause the meat to become dry and tough. Add a couple of minutes of cooking time to ensure that the seafood is completely cooked before serving. When you don’t want to freeze fish, try poaching it in boiling water for about 10 minutes. This method allows the skin to be left on and the internal organs to remain intact. You can also cook it over low heat until the desired consistency is reached. For steamed fish such as salmon, brown rice or shrimp, simply add the ingredients to boil together for 5 minutes, remove from the heat and let stand for 15 minutes before eating.
Can I cook frozen tilapia on the stove?
You can make frozen fish on top of a stovetop or oven without thawed it first, however, this will require cooking it longer than usual. Fish thales in their raw state are best cooked on a grill or on an outdoor grill. Frozen tilapiya need to be thaled before cooking.

Why you should never eat tilapia?
Studies have shown that tilapiu might worsen inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and asthma, which can cause diseases such cancer, diabetes, obesity, stroke, Alzheimer‘s disease and many more. Eating tilapaue may even increase the risk of developing cancer. However, this is yet to be proven. Some studies show that consuming tilapeu may reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease.

Toxics cause inflammation; weaken the immune system; increase the risk for obesity; increases chances of developing cancer; and increases risks of heart disease, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, ulcers, infertility, kidney stones, liver problems, skin problems and eye problems. They are linked to obesity, which is linked directly to heart diseases, including heart attacks, strokes, heart failure, coronary artery disease and hypertension. This is because of their estrogenic properties. Some of these chemicals are known to cause birth deformities, such as cleft lip and palate, cleidocranial dysplasia, congenital heart defects, mental retardation, autism, learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, epilepsy, Parkinson‘s disease (PD), Alzheimer“s Disease, cancer of various types, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, cataracts, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, macular degeneration and many more. But, what makes these toxic chemicals so dangerous is that we don”t know how they affect us. We don”t even know exactly what they do to our bodies. What we do know is when they get into our body, whether it be through our food, our water, or our air, all of those chemicals can wreak havoc on our health. So, if we want to avoid getting sick, we need to make sure that whatever we put into any of our systems, that it isn‟t toxic.
