Cooking is a skill that is very important in life, whether it’s for eating, entertaining, or simply preparing food for others. If you’re looking to master this skill, you’re in luck. Today, I’m going to show you how to cook frozen chicken wings in an air fryer.
Tools
You can make your chicken wings taste amazing and save time using an air fryer. First, thaw the frozen chicken wings. Use a large baking sheet to place the frozen wings. Sprinkle the wings with olive oil and then season with salt and pepper. Cook the wings in an air fryer at 300ºF until they are cooked and browned. To make the wings more crispy, place a paper towel on a baking sheet. This will help you remove excess grease. You can also use a paper towel to turn the wings over so they are crispy on both sides. Then remove the wings from the air fryer. Using a knife, cut the skin off of the chicken.

Instructions
The normal procedure for cooking frozen chicken wings is to first defrost them. Once defrosted, you can either throw them into a regular pan or you can place them in the oven. The process is then almost identical to cooking them normally. However, an air fryer is a better option for cooking frozen chicken wings, because it uses less oil and keeps the wings moist. To start, you’ll need an air fryer. You can find them on Amazon or you can buy them locally. Place the chicken wings in the air fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes per side. If you’re using a larger air fryer, the chicken will cook in more of a convection oven style, so you’ll need to cook them longer. For the best results, use a small air fryer and remove them after 3-5 minutes. As mentioned, the air fryer is a better option because it uses much less oil.
Why you need an air fryer
During the summer months, chicken wings are a popular appetizer. However, when you try to cook them on the grill, they often end up burning and falling apart. This is a problem because you really want the flavors to stick, which only happens when the food is cooked in an oil-free environment. An air fryer is a great option because it doesn’t require any oil and uses a controlled atmosphere to cook your food. This allows your food to retain its flavor and stay juicy. In this video, I’ll be showing you how to cook chicken wings in an air fryer.
Recipe
Use the air fryer at home more often for a healthy, yummy dinner. This is an easy way to cook chicken wings for 4-6. Place two chicken wings in the air fryer basket and make sure they’re not touching each other. Cook for 5-6 minutes. In a large pot, combine ½ cup of water, ¼ cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Whisk the sauce together and add to the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 more minutes. Drain chicken and serve with the sauce. If you like a bit of heat, sprinkle some chili powder on top.
