I got this chicken recipe from one of my best friends who used it many times. It’s perfect for making chicken stir-fry meals, but you can also make it for any other meat.
Put the lid on and cook
In the instant pot, combine the chicken breast, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid and press the manual or pressure cooking button to set the heat to high and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Open the lid, then press and hold the pressure button for 4 minutes.
Press the button to release the pressure.
Open the lid and let the chicken breast sit for 3 minutes.
Open the lid and serve.
Add seasoning and cook

Freeze chicken breast in an instant pot. Add broth or water and then press the saute button. Set the pressure cook function to high pressure. Once the pressure is reached, the cooking process will begin. When the cooking time is up, release the pressure by pressing the pressure button.
Cut up chicken into thin strips
Frozen chicken breast is a great source of protein and low in calories. It’s a convenient and time saving source of protein for busy families. You can easily cook frozen chicken breasts by using your instant pot. All you have to do is defrost the chicken breasts on low for 4 to 6 hours. Meanwhile, chop up onions, garlic and red peppers.
