To prepare fresh salmon, first rinse it under running water to remove any dirt. Then dry the salmon and pat it dry with paper towels. Next, place it on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut off the head and tail of the fish. Then, open it from the belly using a large knife. Rinse the interior and exterior of the fish. Next, place it on a grill pan and cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.

How to turn the oven on
Cooking salmon is fairly easy, but you need to use a pan or cast iron skillet to ensure that it doesn’t dry out. You need to follow these steps to ensure that the food is cooked correctly. In the first step, the salmon needs to be rubbed with salt and olive oil. This will help to ensure that the fish isn’t too salty and that the flavor remains. After that, place the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet and place in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes. The goal is to let the salmon warm up without drying it out. After this, remove the salmon from the oven, and then place in an ice bath to help it cool down. After it has cooled down, it’s time to flip it over. This will help to ensure that the fish cooks properly on both sides. Once it’s flipped, take it out of the ice bath, and then place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
