Flap steak is a steak that is made by first pounding or flattening the meat and then seasoning it. The finished steak is then formed into a strip-like shape, much like biltong. The two sides of the steak are then folded together and tied with string. The strings are cut so the two ends of the steak can be pulled apart to form a flap. Most people like to use this cut of meat to make burgers, as they are tasty and easy to prepare. Flap steak can be cooked in a variety of ways, but it’s most commonly cooked over a hot grill.
How To Serve Flap Steak
Flap steak is a rare steak cut off of the cow’s rib eye. It is served medium-rare or medium, and it is typically cut into thin slices. It has a slight reddish-pink color and a thin, fatty layer on the top side. The meat is tender and extremely flavorful. It’s best to cook the steak for just a few minutes or the top of the steak will burn and the steak will become tough. The exterior of the steak is normally brushed with butter before cooking, as it will help to release the juices and keep the steak moist while cooking. This steak can be served alone, with sautéed spinach or tomatoes, or with a simple green salad.

Flap steak is usually cooked at low heat for about 15 minutes per side, or until done to your liking. It can also be cooked on a grill. Flap steak should be served at room temperature, and can be enjoyed with mashed potatoes, or baked potatoes. Another way to cook flap steak is to pan fry it. This helps to lower the amount of cholesterol in the meat.
How to Cook Meat
The three basic steps in cooking meat include marinating, pan-frying, and grilling. Marinating meat is a great way to make it taste more delicious. You can either marinate the meat in a mixture of herbs and spices, or you can marinate it in vinegar. To do this, you need to marinate the meat in a liquid that contains acid, like vinegar or lemon juice. Leave the meat in the marinade for a few hours or overnight. Afterward, you can take the meat out and pat it dry. To pan-fry the meat, heat up a pan on a medium-high heat. You can either do this on the stove top or in the oven. When the pan is hot enough, put a drip of oil in the pan to prevent the meat from sticking to the pan. When the oil is hot enough, put the meat in the pan and sear it on one side. Cook it for about two minutes per side. You can use the meat on top of a salad or rice, or you can use it in a sandwich. Alternatively, if you don’t have enough meat, you can cook it in a grill pan. To do this, you need to heat the grill pan over a medium-high heat. When the pan is hot enough, put a drip of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot enough, put the meat in the pan. Grill the meat for about 5-6 minutes per side

While the steak is in the oven, place a hot grill pan over a high heat. You want the steak to be cooked on the grill for approximately four minutes. At the four minute mark, flip the steak over. Now it needs to be cooked for approximately six more minutes. At this point, remove the steak from the grill. Cut it against the grain into slices.
