How to season it
When preparing chicken on the George Forman grill, you’ll need to season the chicken in a few different ways. One method is to just salt and pepper the chicken while it cooks on the grill. Seasoning only once means that the seasoning will be more pronounced. After you’ve seasoned the chicken, you’ll need to let it rest. Letting the chicken rest will allow the seasoning to soak into the chicken and create a more flavorful meal. You can also cook the chicken on the George Forman grill by cooking it on a side. This will help to create a more flavored meal by letting the chicken cook more on the side.
How long should chicken cook?
Cooking chicken is quite a simple task. You just need a few basic ingredients. These include: Ingredients:
-Olive oil
-Celery
-Garlic
-Parsley
-Onion
-Chicken
-Thyme
-Pepper
-Salt
-Whisk and season
*In order to avoid causing your chicken to dry out, it is important to cut the chicken into large pieces. This will help prevent them from drying out. I recommend doing this by simply cutting the chicken into 2 inch thick pieces.
*You can also add dried herbs to the cut pieces of chicken.
*Finally, season the chicken by rubbing olive oil into the cut pieces of chicken.
The cooking process
It’s a matter of simple physics. Put a fire on a metal surface and that surface heats up, which means the metal warms up and gets hotter. Most metals react by glowing and that’s how the fire gets hotter. So, the grilled chicken will heat up. The metal grill surface won’t get very hot in the beginning, but it will heat up and eventually get very hot. The metal gets hotter because as the chicken cooks, the mass of the chicken is increasing, which means the metal must get hotter to keep up.
