This is because you’ll want to thaw it. I always thaw my chicken in the fridge, but you can thaw it in a microwave if you have that option. I also like to add a packet of chicken wing sauce to the chicken when I’m grilling. This will give me a little extra flavor when I’m making the chicken legs. It’s really up to you how you cook your chicken. Some people like to cook chicken right away, while others like to thaw it in the fridge and let it sit for a few days before cooking.
Ingredients and cooking times
Chicken legs are best grilled over a direct heat with high temperatures. This will produce meat with a lot of flavor and make the bones easier to chew. Choose chicken legs that are bone-in. Be careful not to cross the lines of the bones. A good trick is to cover the bones with aluminum foil, but you need to remove it before you start cooking. Make sure to remove the bones before grilling. If you don’t remove the bones, they will stick to the grill and make a mess.
Chicken legs and thigh
Chicken thighs are the most popular cuts of chicken. They are a good source of protein and contain high amounts of iron. The problem is they have a lot of bones, which can be hard to eat. If you are cooking chicken thighs on the grill, it is best to buy a whole chicken with the thigh and leg already separated. Otherwise, you will have to remove the bones before cooking.
