To make this meal healthier, you should add some fruits or vegetables to this salad. For example, add sliced cucumbers, sliced red bell peppers, diced carrots and diced red onions to salad and serve it as appetizer. Or add a few slices of raw vegetables like cucumber, carrot, bell pepper or onion to salads and mix it together. Another option is to add chopped raw nuts, seeds, berries, etc. to your salad instead of lettuce. Also, if your family is allergic to nuts or seeds then don‘t add them to any salad unless you are sure that they are safe. So, do not add nuts to dressing or salad until you know that it would be safe for your allergy. Do not use raw eggs in salad since they contain a high amount cholesterol. Instead, use cooked eggs. I think the main reason for this is the lack of vegetables in this recipe. However, if we were to add in some other vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, or even green beans, this would work out much better. For the record, though, there are many other salads that are quite good without the cheese. If you’re looking for something that’s low in calories, protein, fat, etc., then Caesar is probably not the salad for you. But if all you want is a salad that tastes good, without having to worry about the calories or fat content, Caesar will be fine.
