Place it on a baking sheet and roast the cauliflower for about 30 minutes. Once the cauliflower is cooked, it can be used in all kinds of dishes. Here’s how you can cook a serving of cauliflower in less than ten minutes. Take a cup of cauliflower florets and boil it in a pot of water. Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain it and add a few drops of water to the pot. Then add two tablespoons of rice vinegar and the juice of one lime. Mix well and serve.
