How to Cook Bacon Salmon
Another really easy and tasty dish that will impress your friends. First, you’ll need salmon and some bacon. You’ll want 1/4 lb of salmon and 4 strips of bacon. After you have cooked the bacon, lay the salmon on top of the bacon. You’ll want to cover the salmon with more bacon. You’ll need to cover the salmon with 2 to 3 strips of bacon per 4 ounce piece of salmon. If you want to make it easier, you can use tongs. After that, you’ll want to seal the salmon by covering it in some butter. You’ll want 1 Tbsp butter for each 4 ounce piece of salmon. After you’ve covered the salmon in butter, you’ll want to bake the salmon. You’ll want to cook the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes. You can cook it in the oven at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or you can cook it in the grill for about 5 minutes on each side. And that’s it. You’re done! It’s the easiest and tastiest dish you’ve ever made.
Carve
The first step is to make the bourbon sauce. In a small saucepan, add butter, garlic, onion, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and salt. Heat over medium until butter melts and garlic softens. Add bourbon and mix well.
Cook
There are many ways to cook this. You can bake it, poach it, grill it or deep-fry it. But here’s a really simple way to cook it.
1. Place the salmon fillets in the bottom of a large pan.
2. Top with the salmon skin, then add the bourbon, followed by the lemon and herbs.
3. Cover with a lid.
4. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked.
