Making it delicious
You can cook boneless pork loin ribs in oven to get them juicier and delicious. To do this, first score the pork. Then, place it into a roasting tray. Make sure the ribs are not touching the tray. Next, brush it with sauce. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. And finally, roast it for 40 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 degrees Celsius).
How to cook it in oven
Get your oven preheated to 250˚ F (121˚ C). Then line a large baking dish with aluminum foil and spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over the bottom of the dish. Place the ribs in the dish, standing up. Cover the dish tightly with a double layer of foil, pressing down on the edges so they don’t come loose.
Place in the oven and cook for 2 hours. Remove the ribs and turn them over. Continue to cook the ribs, uncovered, for another 2 to 3 hours, until the meat is very tender and starting to pull away from the bone.
The 2 principle steps
