If I had to choose one tip to share with you, it would be this one. Cooking beef in the skillet is one of the easiest ways around to prepare a juicy steak.
Take away the heat. Remove the lid. Set the pot aside. Pour the oil into the skillet. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Let the mixture come to temperature. When the surface of liquid begins to sizzle, add the garlic. Stir constantly. As the cloves begin to release their aroma, stir continuously. Continue to stir until the liquid thickens. Then add all the spices. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Reduce the flame to medium low. If you want to make the sauce thicker, cook for longer. Once the desired consistency is reached, remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container. Serve with rice or couscous.
How do you make beef cubes tender?
You should always use low temperature in cooking when making beef. This will ensure that the fat is rendered out and the protein is denatured. If you are using a high heat, you will end with tough meat which is undesirable. Also, avoid using high temperatures in steaks and roasts. When you cook meat, keep it at low temperatures to ensure tenderness. Beef cubes can usually be cooked in medium heat. Use a low temp to cook the cubes. For best results, use the highest heat setting.

How much time should I cook my steak at 250? I would recommend cooking a medium-rare steak for about 7 minutes, flipping it after 5 minutes. I’d recommend using the pan for cooking the steak, not the broiler. If you’re going to cook your steak on a broil, you’ll need to add a little more time. For medium/well done, I suggest cooking for 8-10 minutes per side. You can also cook it in large batches, which will save you time in both directions.

Brine is a great way to preserve the flavor of meats. So, try it out! It will be a hit! And, yes, we all know that brines are great for marinisering. They are also great to use for cooking. Just make sure that the temperature is right.
Is it better to cook steak in the oven or pan?

Insert the probes of two oven safe digital pans into both thick parts of a steak, transfer to an electric oven, slow roast until all the fat is rendered, check the temperature after 30 minutes, remove the pan, return to heat, continue to cook until desired doneness, cover and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Slow cooking will result in tenderness and juiciness. If you are concerned about the amount of fat being rendered in this process, you may want to add a little more liquid to your recipe. For a more intense flavor, add more fat. You can also use the same technique to roast a whole chicken or cut up a turkey. This method is called roasting in saucepan. To roast in skillet, simply place the pieces of meat in hot oil and cook over medium heat until browned.
