When you want to know how to cook bacon wrapped pork tenderloin filets, you have to know some basic information about bacon. First of all, bacon is usually made from pork belly, belly fat, or ham. This is not a common kind of bacon, but it is quite common for people to cook bacon from the belly, especially for breakfast. The downside to bacon made from belly fat is that it can be very fatty. Bacon made from pork belly or ham is much leaner. A pork tenderloin is a cut of meat from the shoulder of the pig. This cut is very lean. Because it is lean, it doesn’t need to be breaded or coated to keep it from getting soggy. You can also cook it quickly. In order to cook a pork tenderloin filet, you can wrap it in bacon and cook it in a saute pan or a skillet.

The pork tenderloin is a firm cut of meat that comes from the shoulder area of the pig. It is usually prepared in many ways, but the one that is most common is to be grilled or broiled. When you are preparing the pork, use your spatula to open up the pork tenderloin so that you can wrap it in the bacon. The best thing to do here is to place the pork tenderloin on top of your disposable aluminum foil and then use your spatula to wrap it around the pork, making sure that there are no spaces in the foil. Next, cut the pork tenderloin into portions and then wrap the portions in the aluminum foil. Once the pork tenderloin is wrapped, you should bake it until it is fully cooked and the bacon is fully cooked. This method is also useful when you are making burgers or tacos.
Preparation
Before cooking, put pork tenderloins into a resealable plastic bag. Heat bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer bacon to a plate. Add pork to skillet and sear on one side for 3-4 minutes. Flip, reduce heat to medium, and cook an additional 4-6 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of the meat registers 145 degrees F. Remove from heat and transfer pork to a serving plate. Discard all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat. Return skillet to medium-high heat. Add flour and whisk until combined. Whisk in beer and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Serve pork with sauce.
