Firstly, you will need to get the ingredients. You will need to get a large wok and some oil. Next, you will need to use a medium heat. Then, you will need to turn your meat to sear it. Finally, you will need to prepare your spices. You will need to crack your nutmeg, ginger, coriander, cumin, coriander seeds, cardamom, red chilli, cloves, cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, nutmeg, black peppercorn, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander and crushed coriander seeds.

A fresh pork adang can be best cooked in an Afritadang. The term “adang” refers to the deep hole in which the pig is buried alive for up to 4 hours to ensure tender meat. To cook this dish, first clean the adang by removing any dirt or manure. Then, wash the adang with water and cover it with a cloth. The adang is then placed in a hole about 3 m deep and covered with a layer of rocks. After about 20 to 40 minutes, check the adang to see if it is cooked. It is important to check regularly and pull out the adang if the level of blood in the adang is low. Let the adang cool for 30 to 60 minutes before pulling it out. Some recipes recommend that you rinse the adang with vinegar before cooking it. This will remove the smell from the adang.
