How To Cook A Tocino?

In the cooking course, I will teach you how to cook a tocino, which is a delicious dish made with bacon, eggs, and cheese. When combined, these three foods result in a delicious breakfast or brunch meal. The recipe for this dish is included in the course.

Grease the pan well

Tocino is like a stuffed meatball, typically made with Italian pork. Its texture is lean and tender. In order to make tocino, you’ll first have to make your own sausage from pork meat. The sausage recipe I’m using below is my dad’s. You’ll want to buy the kind of pork shoulder that’s like ground beef, because it doesn’t require grinding. Cook the pork meat for 15-20 minutes. Remove it from the heat and put it into a bowl. Add a cup of white wine, a couple of eggs, a teaspoon of salt and a half cup of breadcrumbs. Mix this all together and then form into sausage shapes. In a shallow pan, put olive oil and brown the sausages. Put them in the oven at 450°F for 15 minutes. Take them out and put them on a plate. Grease a pan with a thin layer of olive oil. After the sausages have cooled, put them into the pan and make sure to pack them in as tightly as possible. Put them in the oven for 15 minutes. This will help the breadcrumbs get a nice crust on them. After the sausages have cooled, put them in the fridge to keep for a couple of days.

First and foremost, you need a pan
