Grill-Ready Steak
One of the most important things to remember when grilling steak is to use a meat thermometer. A good steak shouldn’t be pink inside. The inside should be bright red. To get a perfect steak, take it out when the meat thermometer says that the steak is 145° F. If the steak is done before that, it will be undercooked. How to Cut Steak Finely
Steak is a very versatile meat, but some cuts can be tougher than others. Especially if the steak is large, cutting it into smaller portions can make it easier to eat. Steak is basically just muscle, and if you cut it too thick, you will just get tough, chewy meat. It’s recommended to cut a thin steak, and it should have a nice, even thickness. This will ensure that you get tender steak, rather than just chewier meat. To do this, simply put the steak on a cutting board, and run a chef’s knife down the side of the steak. The goal is to have a steak that is thinner than the thickness of the steak itself.
