There are many ways to cook a pork loin roast. Here is one of them. Place your roast in the oven at about 275 degrees. Cook for about 2.5 to 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. You can check the internal temperature of the roast with a meat thermometer.

Make sure your oven is preheated

You can make this roast in the oven, but I prefer to use the grill. I like the added flavor and the resulting crust.

Sear your roast in the oven

This is a tasty dinner that you can make in under an hour. Pork is an easy and lean protein source. Because pork is lean, it doesn’t require a lot of fat to taste good. It is perfect for grilling because it stays juicy and tender even after cooking. You will need: 1 bone-in pork loin roast 2 Tbsp. Butter 1 Tbsp. Olive oil Salt and Pepper 1 package of fresh pork loin, trimmed of any fat and cut into 2½-inch pieces 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce 1 Tbsp. Whiskey, or your favorite hard liquor Salt and pepper to taste Optional: 1-2 small onions, sliced Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Using a sharp knife, score the pork loin. In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter, oil, soy sauce, whiskey, salt and pepper. Coat the pork with the mixture, place the pork in the bottom of a small baking dish, and cover with foil. Place the baking dish in the oven and roast for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, and roast for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pork has a medium-rare internal temperature. Add the onions on top and baste with the soy sauce mixture. If desired, sprinkle with a bit more salt and pepper and let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Pork loin roast

A pork loin roast is a perfect way to make a meal for a crowd. The loin is the back portion of the pig that runs down the back, along the spine. It’s often times the most tender part of the pig, and is also low in fat, making it ideal for cooking methods that involve high heat. Since a pork loin roast is fairly small, it only needs to be in the oven for a short amount of time. The best way to make a pork loin roast is to cook it low and slow in the oven. Preheat the oven to 325° F. Place the roast in the oven with a small amount of salt and pepper, and cook it until it reaches 160° F. Reduce the heat to 250° F. Baste the roast with a basting sauce while it’s cooking. Make sure to baste the roast every 10-15 minutes while it’s cooking. Turn the roast over every 15 minutes so that it cooks evenly. Allow the roast to rest for 15-20 minutes after it’s finished cooking.

Get yourself a grill

A great way to get a tasty grilled pork is to roast it on the grill. This is a lot like baking, and is a great way to make a roast that is juicy and delicious. First, you will need to prepare your pork loin roast. This can be done by either brining, or rubbing the roast with butter and a rub. The former is recommended for a loin, while the latter is recommended for a shoulder. Make sure that you season the pork well and keep the pork in the refrigerator for as short of time as possible.
