How to cook a pork loin rib roast
This recipe for pork loin rib roast is easy to make. Once you cook it, the pork loin rib roast will be tender and the meat will be juicy. The onion and garlic add a nice flavor. The other ingredients are easy to find, and this recipe will only take you about 30 minutes to make.
What’s a rib roast?
Rib roasts are a popular cut of meat. Rib roasts come from the belly or loin. The belly is made up of the ribs and the loin is made up of the tenderloin. To prepare a rib roast, first of all you need to wash the meat thoroughly. Then, season it with salt and pepper. After this, place it on a baking tray and bake it in a 400°F oven for 45-60 minutes. This gives the ribs a delicious crispy edge. After baking, cut the ribs into individual rib cuts, or just serve it whole as one large cut.
Cooking time
Pork roast is a great recipe to make at home. It’s delicious, relatively easy to make, and can last for weeks in the fridge. Pork is an inexpensive meat that is full of flavor. To make a roast, you’ll need a roast. Look for an extra-thick cut with a nice marbling. It should have a crispy skin. Before you roast, season the pork with salt and pepper. Pat the roast dry.
Ingredients
The next step will be to pull the pork rib roast out of the fridge and bring it to room temperature. The roast should be placed on a plate, then dusted with a little salt and pepper. This will give it a nice crust when the roast cooks. Once it’s in a nice, clean cutting board, start getting all the other ingredients ready. The first one will be a bottle of extra virgin olive oil. If you have a pan that’s actually a bit bigger than the roast, you can use it to hold the meat. Otherwise, you can use a roasting pan. The next step will be to place the roast in the pan, breast side up, then pour about 1/2 cup of olive oil on the surface. This will be the base for the rub. Place the pan over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bottom of the roast is starting to get golden brown. Then, pour the remaining olive oil on the top and roast until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
