Cooking a pork loin fillet is one of the most popular recipes in the world. Although you can find many easy recipes for pork loin fillets, it is difficult to find a good one. However, with a little time and effort, you can be sure that your pork loin fillets will turn out delicious every time.
Cooking time
In this recipe, we’re going to make a pork loin fillet. This recipe is very simple and is suited for beginners. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to cook. First of all, you need to marinade the pork loin. If you can’t find pork loin, you can use another cut of meat instead.
Ingredients
Ingredients:
• 6 pieces of pork loin
• 1 cup of water
• 1/3 cup of white vinegar
• Salt
• Pepper
• Bay leaves
• 1 onion
• 1/2 cup of mushroom
Instructions:
• Sauté the onion and mushroom
• Add the bay leaves
• Add water, vinegar, salt and pepper
• Bring to a boil
• Add the pork loin
• Reduce the heat to low and cook for 60 minutes
Cook method
Before cooking the pork loin fillet, rinse the fillet and pat dry. Place the pork loin in a non-reactive container. In a bowl, mix the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and soy sauce. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork loin. Let the pork loin sit in the spice mixture at least 1 hour or refrigerate overnight. Prepare a charcoal grill for cooking, making sure to have a heat diffuser. Place the pork loin over the heat. Sear the pork loin until it is golden brown on both sides. Turn the pork loin. Place the pork loin in the middle of the grill. Grill for 3 ½ to 4 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the loin reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the pork loin from the grill. Let the pork loin sit for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Cut the pork loin into thin slices.
