And that’s a problem because when you cook with an electric trivet, you need to constantly flip the trivet. That’s not only a problem because you’re constantly holding the trivet up. But it’s also a problem because the meat gets cold and isn’t as juicy. What’s a better way to cook a pork roast in the instant pot? The best way is to cook the pork roast in the instant pot with a trivet. That way, you can actually watch the pork roast cook. You can also use a trivet that has a handle. That way you can just hold the trivet up, and the handle lets you turn the trivet. This is the way you should always cook pork roasts in the instant pot. Or, you could use a straight trivet. This works great. And it lets you hold the pork roast in place. This is especially helpful when you’re using a straight trivet. That way you can make sure that the trivet doesn’t fall in the pot. Plus, this helps keep the heat consistent.
