How To Cook A Boston Butt

Boston butt is a cut of beef that includes the leg, shoulder, and a hunk of meat that’s wrapped around the bottom of the thigh. One of the most popular ways to cook a Boston butt is on a gas grill. Simply place the butt in the middle of the grill, making sure that the bone is pointed away from the heat, and cover it. Turn the bone around every now and then until the meat has reached an internal temperature of 150°F. The Boston butt should be removed from the grill when the meat reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. This will leave the meat tender and juicy. If the bone is still very hot, the bone and the meat may need to be pulled away from the bone and re-covered until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. There are also other ways to cook a Boston butt, including on a rotisserie and over an open flame. One of the most important things to remember is that the Boston butt must be completely cooked before serving.

Shrimp grits are typically served with a variety of different meats and vegetables, such as chili and sausage. However, this can be made without the meat and can be served as an appetizer. The shrimp are added to the batter in small chunks, so as not to pulverize them. This is the perfect dish to make with a gas grill. It is relatively easy to prepare and cooks in about 40 minutes.
