Don’t be afraid to flip the steak over occasionally. The exposed side is the best side. Don’t be afraid to take it off the grill. Make sure you don’t overcook it, and you’ll end up with a great-tasting steak. And when you’re ready to eat, take a fresh knife and cut into the steak from the inside out. A Step by Step
The most important thing to remember when cooking a steak is to cook it to the right doneness. Food science has found that medium-rare steaks are the healthiest. Cook a steak until it reaches 120F. Make a Charcoal Grill
Charcoal grills can give meat a smoky, slow cooking flavor. Use charcoal instead of gas to get this type of flavor. Wrap a layer of aluminum foil around the charcoal and cover the grill with a lid. Then, light the charcoal with one chimney of charcoal at a time and let it burn for 15 to 20 minutes. The longer you let the charcoal burn, the more flavor you will get.
