First, tear bread into small pieces. Second, cover them with water. Third, let them sit overnight. Fourth, drain and rinse off the excess water. Fifth, place the breadcrumbs into a blender or food processor. And sixth, add 2 teaspoons of dried onion or 2 teaspoons of dried dill.
