Freezing Chicken
To freeze chicken, make sure the chicken is well-dried. Thaw the chicken completely in the refrigerator, and drain it as much as possible. Then, take a meat thermometer and insert it into the chicken meat before putting it into the freezer. Make sure you take the thermometer out of the chicken and wipe it thoroughly. At this point, you can start preparing the chicken for freezing. For the first step, wash your chicken thoroughly. When you finish the washing process, pat your chicken dry. Then, start by placing your chicken into a plastic bag. Make sure to use a zipper and close it completely. Then, put the bag into the refrigerator for several hours to make sure all the chicken is thoroughly dried. After that, you can start the next step by putting your chicken into a glass bowl. Then, fill the bowl with as much water as possible. Put the bowl on a stove and make sure it is on high heat. Put the lid on the bowl to let the chicken boil for about 45 minutes. After that, you should let it cool for about 10 minutes. Take it out of the water and put it into a cooling rack or large plate. Then, place it into the freezer. To make sure the chicken is frozen, it should take about 3-4 hours.
