If you like to grill steak, the first thing that you should know is to use a very hot and direct fire. You may also use a pan, but it will not have the same results. Your grill will be able to grill the steak evenly and will have a much better flavor. If you are not used to grilling, you may want to practice first on something that is not as important as steak. If you are still having problems, you can watch videos and ask your questions online.
Basting a Lean Meat
This is the method I use to baste a lean meat (filet mignon). Make sure to have a drip tray underneath your roasting pan or cast iron pan so that you can transfer the fat to the pan.
BBQ Smokes
Smokers, grillers and barbecue smokers are different people. Some of the best grilling style is that of smoked meats, where there is a wood smoke flavour that envelops the food. The moistness is less extreme, and the smokiness is prominent. This is not a style for beginners, but is more popular with experienced home cooks. Using a smoker or grill does not mean that you need to be near a fireplace or even near a source of heat. If you use charcoal, it is possible to cook with the coals that are near the base of the grill, so that the heat is low. There are a number of types of smokers, and of course there are electric and gas smokers. If you do use a grill or smoker, you need to have a good understanding of the heat and smoke. This is important, because that smoke flavour is part of the taste, so it’s important to keep the smoke flavour consistent. You should be careful with the fat that you use when smoking food. Often it’s difficult to control the fat content, and so you need to be mindful of how much fat is in the food.
How to BBQ a Lean Meat
If you want to make sure your steak, chicken or pork tenderloin is tender and juicy, you’ll want to use a smoker or grill, and the best smoker is a charcoal smoker. You can use wood, mesquite or hickory charcoal. Mesquite is the most popular type of charcoal.
Make sure you don’t over-baste
There are two key steps to properly basting a steak. The first is that the sauce must be warm and full of flavor. Start by covering a skillet with a thin layer of oil. Once that’s hot, add the butter and baste the steak. You want to just coat the steak with enough butter to create a glistening sauce. Once the butter is melted, add the lemon juice and pepper. Once it’s finished, remove it from the heat.
How To Marinate Filet Mignon
Marinating is a process of soaking the food in an acid solution so that the food breaks down a little and picks up the flavor. However, there is one thing that will marinate and no amount of soaking will fix it. That is, forget that your filet mignon just got home from the grocery store. Trying to cook it before you cook it makes it more difficult and less likely to turn out right. The first thing to do is rinse the meat. Remove the package from the cooler and rinse it off under cold water for a few minutes. Lay it out to dry. Sprinkle a little salt on it and then put it on a plate. Put it in the refrigerator for at least twenty minutes. Once the meat is in the refrigerator, put the marinade on it. The first thing to do is put the filet in a big bowl. Combine two tablespoons of water, one tablespoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of red wine, one tablespoon of olive oil, and one and a half tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. This recipe will marinate the filet for one to three hours. It is important that you pat the meat dry after soaking it. Pat it well. If you want to make the marinating process even easier, you can make a salt and pepper solution. Take a big bowl and combine three teaspoons of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, and a teaspoon of garlic powder. Add a teaspoon of liquid smoke to this mixture. Mix all of
