And, that’s the best way I’ve found to season the chicken before I bake it. So, next, I usually slice the chicken breast, and sprinkle some onion powder and garlic powder on it, and that’s about all I do. This way, I guarantee that the chicken breast is ready for the oven. I bake it on the broiler for about 15 minutes, flip it over, then about 10 minutes on the other side. And, it should be done by then.
