After 15 minutes, turn the temperature down to 225 degrees and let it bake for 15 to 30 minutes more. The salmon is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

How To Bake A Salmon

To bake a salmon, first you need to gut the salmon. This is done by cutting a slit down the middle of the salmon from head to tail, all the way through. After it has baked, remove the salmon from the oven, and let it rest for a few minutes. Remove the skin from the fish, and serve.
