When I first got my i3, I was super excited to get a home oven. It turns out that I really don’t like baking. I also have a big fear of baking in a hot oven, so I quickly learned that I needed to try to fix that problem. The good news is that once I discovered this handy trick, it became a great way to get my salmon ready to go in no time!
What Ingredients to Use

How To Make a Baking Sheet
Many people can’t get past the thought of baking a cake for their loved ones. However, the majority of us will never be a professional baker. One way to get the best results is to follow a baking sheet recipe. You should make sure you follow directions exactly and ensure you have all of your ingredients. You can also use a baking sheet. This is something that you can get at most stores for around $4-$6.
What Can You Use Instead of Salmon?
Did you know that salmon is a great source of protein? It also helps lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. But if you don’t want to eat fish, you can use other types of protein. Lean ground beef or chicken are both good alternatives, as is skinless chicken breast or canned tuna. You can even use a mixture of the different meats and the flaky sea salt from Chapter 4 of the book.
Why Do You Need to Bake Salmon?
Of course, I can’t bake salmon at 375. The oven I have at home only goes up to 425 degrees. So, how do you bake salmon at 375? The same way you would at 500 degrees. You need to do a little planning and preparation ahead of time. It takes a few days to thaw and defrost salmon, but it’s well worth it. Then, all you have to do is cook it, drain the juices, and pour some balsamic vinegar and soy sauce on top. Delicious!
What is the Best Way to Bake Salmon?
When it comes to cooking fish, the best way to ensure that your fish is cooked to perfection is to bake it. When baking fish, make sure to bake it at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for exactly 10 to 15 minutes. The reason this temperature is the best is because it will cook the fish thoroughly, leaving it moist and tender. If you cook your fish for a longer period of time, you will dry it out.
