How To Cut Up Chicken Wings

1. With the skin side up, use your hand to gently separate the skin from the meat.
2. Open the wings up and cut the top of the wing down the middle to remove the top half.
3. Start to separate the wing meat from the bone.
4. Remove the skin.
5. Cut each wing into 2 pieces.
6. Trim the ends of the drummettes and the tips of the wings.
7. Cut each wing into 4 pieces.
8. Season the chicken wings
