Put chicken breasts in a frying pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Then put butter and garlic in a frying pan. When garlic starts to caramelize add in chicken and saute until chicken is done. Add in a squeeze of a lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil.

First, cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces, and season it with salt and pepper. Then, place the chicken breast in a pan and add the oil. The oil will help create a thick, golden crust on the chicken. Place the pan in a preheated 400°F oven, and bake the chicken for about 40 minutes. Finally, remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
How To Store Baked Chicken Breast
For chicken breasts that you are going to bake or grill, it’s important to first place them in the refrigerator to let the protein set up. This will help the protein retain a lot of its flavor, and can also help the protein hold up to the heat. The chicken breast should be refrigerated for at least an hour after being baked. This will ensure that the protein has set up completely. Once it has set up, you can take it out of the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature. You can then grill the chicken breast or bake it in the oven. Of course, you can bake the chicken breast on top of the stove as well.
