Cook your brisket in a skillet. It gives your brisket a great sear and is super easy. Start by heating an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the brisket, and sear the meat for about 1 minute on each side. It can be tricky to cook this right. Since the meat is very fatty, it’s important to get it as hot as possible. To achieve that, use the skillet on a really hot skillet. When it’s hot enough to get a bit of smoke, quickly flip the brisket over. Sear that side for another minute or so. Then move the skillet to the oven for the rest of the cooking. This takes about an hour and a half.
Ingredients for brisket
A brisket is a cut of beef that is used for brisket. They are usually trimmed, sometimes rubbed with salt, and then smoked. The cook then uses a low, slow cook in the oven to tenderize the beef. All this takes a few hours, but it is not difficult to do. The first step is to marinate the brisket for at least 6 hours. Brisket is best if marinated overnight. The brisket should be ready for the oven after this step. Remove the meat from the sauce and pat it dry with paper towels. Rub it with half of the barbecue sauce mixture. Put it in a roasting pan and let it sit for about 1 hour. This will let the meat absorb all of the juices. After 1 hour, turn the meat over and rub with the remaining sauce.
