What Are The Results?
What You Will Be Doing: Assisting Store Management with daily tasks such as preparing orders and ensuring the safe and effective operation of the cash register and restaurant. Duties will include fulfilling customer needs and responding to phone calls and questions while making sure the store is clean and well organized. Working knowledge of computers, cash register, and restaurant operations are required. Essential Duties: 1. Prepares daily operating instructions to store manager regarding operations of the restaurant and computer system. 2. Keeps store clean and well-organized. 3. Maintains inventory of items on shelves and floor in proper quantities. 4. Maintains cash register and payment system. 5. Responds to customer inquiries and complaints. 6. Monitors cash, registers, and security systems in store to ensure efficiency and security of operations. 7. Regularly tests cash registers for accuracy and consistency. 8. Completes all paperwork as required. 11. Maintain open lines of communication and respond to customer inquiries. 12. Work in a team environment to complete assigned tasks and meet or exceed performance goals. 13. Supports safe and effective operation of the restaurant, including basic operations of cash register. 14. Maintain a safe work environment, including making sure restrooms are clean and stocked with appropriate toiletries. 15. Regularly perform routine maintenance on store equipment, such as cleaning windows, light fixtures, and refrigerators. 16. Other duties as assigned. How to Get Started: * A High School Diploma or GED

What Are the Qualifications?
Taco Bell is currently accepting applications for their management trainee programs. Applicants should be ready to start working on February 16, 2020 and work the normal work day of Sunday through Thursday. Although Taco Bell does not offer a minimum work requirement, applicants should be able to commit to 80 hours of work a week. The pay rate for this position will start at $11 an hour and go up to $14.57 an hour after 30 days. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the ability to work during all hours of the day, including early morning and late night shifts. Some benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, among other benefits.
