Cook Baked Tofu

This is a recipe i have been making for over 10 years for my family. This is super easy and fast.
All you need is:
-2 blocks of tofu
-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-1/2 onion, chopped
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
-1/2 tbsp of sugar
-2 teaspoons of black pepper
-salt to taste
-1 1/2 cups of water
-1/4 cup of sake
-3 eggs
Cut the tofu into 4 slices
Put the vegetables in a bowl
Rub the tofu with your hands in the oil, soy sauce, and sugar
Put into the vegetables
Add salt and pepper to taste
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
In the meanwhile, whisk together 1/2 cup of water, sake, and eggs, and set aside.
When the tofu is ready, pour the eggs into the baking pan
Using a spoon, make four wells in the tofu
Pour in the egg mixture
Place into the oven
Bake for about 15 minutes
Turn the heat down to 350 degrees
Put a piece of aluminum foil on top of the tofu
Cook until golden, about 10-15 minutes
