In a large bowl, combine the turkey, egg whites, breadcrumbs and flour. Mix until combined
In a separate bowl, put the beef and mix with the flour until well combined
Form a meatball from the mixture
Flour the meatballs and dip in the egg whites
Heat the oil to 350 degrees
Drop meatballs into oil
Cook until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes)
Place on a paper towel to remove any excess oil
