He is told that he should go for a medical check-up. The doctor is going to take a blood sample and a stomach sample. So he thought and thought about what could happen, he has never been sick in his life and he doesn’t want to have anything wrong with him. So he said to the doctor: “Doctor, can I have a blood sample and a stomach sample please?” He got the samples and went to the lab. When the doctor came to him and said “I have some good news, you have three stomachs.” The friend replied “Yes, but is it okay with the third stomach?”
