Cooking Time for Chicken

1 pound of chicken roughly equals 4 to 6 servings. So, to cook 4 servings of chicken, you’d need to roast it for roughly 40 minutes. You can also roast multiple chickens at once by using a roasting pan and roasting at 325ºF. This can make the cooking time shorter. To cook 6 servings, you’d need to roast it for 50 minutes. Roast Time for Different Types of Chicken
