Process everything in a food processor or blender until it is finely chopped and combined. Add more olive oil if it is too thick. You can also serve salsa with some black beans added.

This avocado recipe calls for 3 small avocados. To make 2-3 bowls of guacamole, you’ll need 1-2 small avocados.
The total calories in the recipe are 375 calories, with 33 grams of carbs. To make the recipe with 2 avocados, you’ll need 4 small avocados, which has 354 calories and 22 grams of carbs. To make the recipe with 3 avocados, you’ll need 5 small avocados, which has 414 calories and 28 grams of carbs.
To make 4-6 large tacos.
The process is very simple. The typical avocado has 3.6 to 5.5 grams of carbohydrates, depending on the type. To make 4-6 large tacos, I like to use a large avocado. First, cut off the stem. Then cut the avocado in half and scoop out the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a bowl. Then mash the avocado with a fork. The size of the scoop will depend on how thick the avocado is. Smaller scoop for thinner avocado. The scoop should be large enough to mash the avocado, but not too big. Add the sour cream and cheese. Then put the mixture back into the avocado. Mash it with a fork or a potato masher. You want it to be smooth and creamy. Then serve with taco shells and enjoy.
Calories in Guacamole
The USDA puts the calorie count for a regular old scoop of guacamole at 190. The National Restaurant Association gives it a healthy 0 calories. But really, guacamole is pretty low in calories, about as much as about 3 tablespoons of salsa. Plus, it’s loaded with healthy fats and vitamins. Adding guacamole to your diet can be a healthy way to eat. It’s a super healthy option.
