i have a real dilemma i love how i cook but i want to eat less and i know i can’t let it go too far when it comes to food. i think that i am going to make a meatloaf the first time so i know i’m eating it and i’m not having a whole bun. on the other hand, i also have a lack of attention, maybe i’ll have it ready for lunch time and i’ll eat it in the morning when i wake up. what do you think?
