A chicken nugget has 215 calories and 24 grams of fat. The largest size of McDonald’s fries has 100 calories and 16 grams of fat. A soft drink has 120 calories and 11 grams of fat.

McDonald’s McDouble is a tasty burger with a whopping 2000 calories in a single serving. That makes it one of the biggest calorie bombs on the market. The burger itself has almost 800 calories, and nearly half of those are from fat. It also has about 17 grams of saturated fat. That’s a lot of saturated fat for a burger. On top of that, a McDouble has almost 40 grams of sugar. The average adult needs no more than 25 grams a day, but McDonald’s says it should only have 27 grams.
