If it’s not quite done, put it back in the pan, and give it some more time. When they’re ready, you can take them out of the pan, and cover them with cheese. This will help them stay warm. If you want to keep them in the fridge, you can do this: take them out of the pan, and then place them in a big bowl. Then add some cold water, and cover the bowl with a plate. This will help keep them cold. As long as you don’t want them to be completely cold, then this will be a good option.
