This tip is based on something I learned from the chef I worked with. If you have large shrimp to grill, you should start cooking them on medium heat. Don’t start grilling them on high heat until you notice that the shrimp start to turn pink in color.

You don’t want to serve them too rare because they will continue to cook when they are served. You want to serve them slightly undercooked so they are warm enough to eat and won’t continue to cook after that. To clean shrimp, remove shells and rinse with cool water. Place shrimp in a pot of cool water and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Shrimp are delicate, so take care when handling them.

How Long Do Medium Shrimp Take To Grill?

Most medium shrimp take about 10 to 15 minutes to grill. Large shrimp, on the other hand, take between 25 and 30 minutes to grill. Shrimp are commonly eaten as a snack or appetizer in many parts of the world.
